John brings more than 30 years of employment law knowledge and experience to the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, John worked at some of the largest employment law firms in North Carolina. John also maintains his own business and employment litigation law firm based in Charlotte, NC. Throughout his career, John has provided guidance to small and large businesses on employment-related matters spanning from restrictive covenant agreements to harassment and discrimination matters.
